i am having a spray tan next week because it is my prom on the Friday. What happens during the tan? What do i wear? Will it print on my clothes? Will it get in my hair? (tell me anything else you know that i haven’t asked please) will a man or a woman do it? lmao

I put some tanning lotion on and it says wait 15 minutes before direct contact with clothes. How long do you think I have to wait before I shower?
I can’t go to a tanning bed so I want to get a spray or "mystic" tan for a party that I’m going to on Saturday. I’m worried that if I get it friday and then shower friday or saturday morning, it will wash off and be pointless, but they tell you it will get on your clothes if you get it 6 hours before. So I’m also worried that if I get it on Saturday, the spray tan will get on my dress. When would be the best time to get the spray tan?
I’ve reached the highest base tan i can possibly go without using a level 2 or higher lotion. Want the best available without any bronzers in it, cause it stains the clothes. Want to know what you’ve used, and how long it took you using it to get the darkest tan possible.
i have a formal dance on saturday, and i want to get a spray tan before it. can i get the spray tan on the friday before? or should i do it earlier than that?
also, what do you wear to go get it done? will it ruin my clothes?

i’m planning on going to a tanning salon for the first time, but i’m a little nervous. my silly questions are:
– what should i wear? should i wear my bikini under my clothes, or do people change when they get there?
– should i wear makeup? or would that prevent my face from getting tan? i’m a typical self conscious girl, so i never leave the house without wearing makeup. do people take their makeup off when they get there and then put more on before they leave?
I do not like self tanning lotions because I can’t seem to find any that do not stain my clothes. Even if I shower before putting my clothes on, I will get stains, especially on bra and panties. Are stains inevitable, or is there a special brand that wont stain or rub off on clothes?
I’m planning on going to a Hollywood Tan salon [in Southern California] sometime this next week and I’d like to know EXACTLY what to expect. I’ve used tanning beds before, but I’ve never used a vertical booth so I’m not sure where my clothes are supposed to stay while I tan.
I’ve heard that if you haven’t completely exfoliated it can look patchy, my skin has been a bit dry since its winter, so I’m nervous about this. Also, does it come off on your clothes at all? I used an expensive self tan lotion before and it turned everything any tight clothing orange, even days later.
(the kind where it is manually sprayed as opposed to a spray-tan booth)
I am going to get my first spray tan tomorrow and I WON’T turn out orange because I have used the at home Neutrogina brand before and it doesn’t turn my skin orange. But, I really need this one to look real. So therefore, i need to know how long i should wait before I put my clothes back on.
