i need to get tan , and gonna start this thursday (day i finish school & go to cali)
my best friend and i are going to beach and tan, no beds!
and i use jergen’s natural glow for light skin lotion, but it doesn’t work.
so any good tanning lotions or sunscreens?

I have senstive fair skin and I want to start going to the tanning bed, so I was wondering what tanning lotions won’t burn my skin. I have been looking at things like Spellbound, Phoenician, and Goddess by designer skin but I don’t know if they will work or if there is something better.

Please let me know what you think may work.

Also- don’t tell me tanning beds are bad…I know all of this. I am well aware. Thank you

I want to try out some kind of tanning lotions, you know the ones that you simply put on like a lotion for a week or so and supposed to be tan. Which ones would you recommend or do they not really work?

none of the tanning lotions seem to work for me. from bronzers to tingles to accelloraters, with and without bronzers. i seem to always look orange….not brown. i wanna be brown. a friend of mine goes in with no lotion at all. just wondering if this is ok to do

I just need a tanning lotion for my legs. Its naturally medium-tanned olive already but i just want to even out the skin tone as my knees’ skin tone is quite daker than the rest of my legs.

If anybody has used that Johnsons or Dove tanning lotion, how was it? What are the good and bad things about it?

I’ve never been to a tanning bed before and I’m going to start going.. I have really pale skin that DOES tan well, it just also burns pretty easily. I’m not looking to get super dark or anything though. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for tanning lotions that aren’t too expensive and works well for lighter skin? Thanks!

One of the girls working at my tanning place used to be really pale, and after christmas break, she got SUPER dark. She said she started using PotenC tanning lotion. I bought a step 2 lotion (the purple bottle) since I’ve already got a base tan, and it’s added some color but not much. I see other girls who tan and get SUPER dark and that’s how I wanna get. I know it’s possible for my skin because I somehow got my skin there when I was like 16, but for some reason it’s just not getting very dark anymore. I dunno why. Anyways, any suggestions as to what tanning lotions work THE best. I dont want lotions that’ll turn me orange cuz I’ve seen some tanning bed lotions that’ll make u just about as orange as sunless tanners. Also, the back of my hands and face are TONS lighter than the rest of me, so I need help getting that extra hard to tan parts! Thanks!

I got the Caribbean Gold "Cheers" Intensifier lotion in ‘Mind Eraser’, the one that’s like an intensifier and a body blush too and I’ve been to the tanning bed 3 times. I know it’ll take a while before my tan gets to where I want it but I was just wondering what lotions you guys recommend for the tanning bed? I don’t want tanning lotions you can buy at Target or whatever that last for like a week…just to make it clear…tanning BED lotions lol okay and don’t make any stupid comments about how bad tanning beds are for you either cause obviously i don’t care if im going to one haha so id really appreciate any suggestions about the lotion!
